How to fix Windows 7/10 Times keeps RESETTING problem.

           Recently I was facing from this problem , and the problem was whenever I try to in my laptop or PC of my desktop my time was keep getting reseted to like 2000 lol , so basically how to fix this up ?

1. First method is try buying a cpu battery ,

but that really doesn't solve the problem most of time so I found out my own method to solve this problem for free!          
2.Just downloaded the tool ,I have added .what it does?it basically automatically updates your time automatically to default region time , what you need is just an internet connection that's it ! Now whenever ever you face this problem it will fix this up! :)
